Infra Red Hot Chicky Chick Chicks

Just being silly. Tora, the model I had scheduled for today, was to be my first nude model using the Canon 5D that I just had converted to infrared use only. Well, she flaked on me. Too bad. Only yesterday I had scouted out some really cool locations out in the woods and along a local stream. I’ll find another gal to volunteer I’m sure, but in the meantime, here I was today, newly converted camera in hand, and no pretty girl to shoot.

So what’s a guy to do? Well, shoot a chicken, of course! I just happen to have a few laying hens running loose in the backyard. How convenient! They sure don’t hold still very well, that’s for sure, but anyway, after sorting through a lot of blurry pictures, I managed to come up with one keeper that I liked. It’s was kinda’ fun, but still… a real live girl would have been even funner.
