Again in the Ballard studio. Believe it or not, this is Diana’s arm on Amanda’s belly. I adjusted the look of her arm in PhotoShop to get the look I was after. So sue me! LOL
Again in the Ballard studio. Now this shoot was something special. Diana just happens to raise peacocks and had collected a good supply of feathers. We’ve both been inspired by numerous photographs we’ve seen of models wearing custom outfits made with peacock feathers and makeup using the same colors. So obviously we had to put our own spin on the subject. The most unique part of the outfit that Diana put together was a merkin – a toupee for a bald coochie. 🙂 True. Photo proof attached. Diana also hired top-of-the-line (and expensive) makeup artist Melanie to apply the look we were after. Diana and Melanie arrived at the studio at 7AM and I arrived at 8AM to begin my set up of the lights and all. Finally the hair and makeup was finished ay 10:30. We sent Melanie on her way and the very first thing we did was remove an awful blue layer of lipstick that she had applied against our will. Melanie had been determined to do the makeup her way and only her way. With the makeup adjusted we were rocking and rolling. Great photos. Some here and more in the portfolio section. An unmistakable look!
This was a project! Everything was loaded into the car and transported to Cloei’s Redmond home, then down stairs to the lower floor. A lot of work to set up – starting with clearing space to work and set up my studio lighting. Mission accomplished anyway. A few samples:
